Philippines: Independence Day
Philippines Independence Day is celebrated annually on June 12, marking the day in 1898 when General Emilio Aguinaldo proclaimed sovereignty from Spanish rule. While independence from the US was achieved on July 4, 1946, the holiday was moved to June 12 to honor the original 1898 declaration.
Junteenth

Access to clean water - Many inmates lack safe drinking water.
Livelihood Opportunities - Women inmates need skills to support themselves upon release.
Offer basic medical assistance - We aim to fight metabolic syndrome and promote wellness.

Trained nurses can offer immediate assistance for minor injuries and health issues, allowing guests to enjoy the festivities. The station will also serve as a resource for Alzheimer's information, enhancing community engagement and education on supporting affected individuals.
